- Laureen JJun, 29 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am certain that this business does create beautiful kitchen remodeling... their showrooms were inspiring and lovely! The issue that my husband and I had was with the staff and their service, or should I say, lack of service. We went in twice, even took our blueprints of our home. We never received a phone call, text, letter, etc. .... never. At my husband's objections, we went in a third time.. I wanted to give it another try. My husband told the receptionist at the front desk how disappointed we were with the lack of common courtesy shown to us. She went back to whomever, came back to her desk, and said that someone would be with us shortly. We waited, then began walking around the showrooms. As I said before, they were beautiful! So we walked and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. one woman approached us and said she would be a few minutes. Another woman walked right in front of me holding her cup of coffee. Never said a word. We waited. The woman never returned to us! We walked to the front door, and as we were walking out, my husband told the receptionist that he has never been treated like that, and that it is sad that some businesses do treat customers that way. I said that the Kitchen Shop just lost a good customer. We will never go back.
