  Tried the Tap House Potato Skins and a full order of my favorite garlic cheese bread. Disappointing. The skins were made with cheap nacho cheese sauce. Very little flavor. The garlic cheese bread was dry with hardly any garlic flavor. It's been a while since I last visited a Mancino's, and today's visit didn't meet the standards I was used to.
