  I very seldom write reviews, but I feel very strongly about the great customer service I’ve had with this company. I bought my pool there 20 years ago, and have had such good experiences with them over the years. They’re always very helpful, very knowledgeable, and always stand behind their high quality products. I strongly recommend doing business with this great family business.

  This is a family owned business that believes in customer service and high quality product. Anytime I have had a problem they take the time to explain what to do. My liner was falling in and I had to replace all the clips and there were many steps to this. I called 3 times while in the middle of the project with questions and every time they were patient and told me what needed to be done. I even stopped in and they disassembled a part of a pool so I could show them where I was having problems and they were able to give suggestions.
  Can you find some of the things they sell cheaper elsewhere? Some, yes, other things seem cheaper but the quality is worse (fillers in shock treatments). But, you will not find the personal service that they provide at an online site or a big box store. At Pool and Patio there is a family feel that has been lost with all the big stores and online merchants. They have helped with my pool for over 8 years and are the one I will continue to go to.
