  The technician (Jerry) was great. But, no way someone should have to wait 11 days to have an appliance fixed. The part had to be ordered which came in two days, but I then had to wait 5 more days before the tech came back to fix it. Sears needs to make rescheduled appointments a priority when parts have to be ordered. I don't believe that Sears is so busy that they can't get a tech out sooner than 7 days after the part is ordered. Would have given a higher rating if scheduling was better.
