  I don't know why I'm surprised or even upset. I don't know why when I ask for a simple plain double cheeseburger, I would actually get a plain double cheese. Waited in line for about 25 minutes to receive a cold bag and return home to find this. This Wendy's is ridiculous not to mention the rude employees; "what do you want" over the microphone.
  
  Update: Went to get food last night 9/1/2017 and upon giving my card to the guy for payment, takes the card and says alright I'll be right back only to return about 2 minutes later. That's not okay. Tried to call but they don't answer their phone so I had to speak to management at the Ann Arbor location. The manager told me that regardless, the employees shouldn't leave with your credit card, ever. They have registers at the window. If there's any issues to get the supervisor.
  
  It's just really unsettling that people do this stuff.
