  I got there today as the sun was going down wanting to get my mom's check engine light scanned. The man working the front desk was not friendly at all and when he yelled to a woman in the back she responded that they can't do scans after dark anymore, "per the manager." Look, I'm all about employee safety but it wasn't even dark out! I'd bet it had more to do with the rainy conditions outside. We even asked to use the scanner and he declined, stating it was a "very expensive piece of equipment." Funny, no one has ever told me no before at other branches when they're too busy to spare someone. Seems like there's a personnel issue at this branch.
  
  Good news for me, Auto Zone goes out after dark and in the rain. They had me in and out in under ten minutes and had the part in stock. I'll just go there from now on.
